Interactive Resource for Single-Cell Data Exploration

We provide an interactive web-based resource for exploring single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), single-cell ATAC sequencing (scATAC-seq), and enhancer gene regulatory network (eGRN) datasets. This platform allows in-depth comparisons between ganglionic eminence (GE) and dorsal cortical neurogenesis, providing insights into transcriptional and chromatin accessibility changes during neuronal differentiation.
